MEET THE TRIPEPTIDE
Your body’s antioxidant peptide.
In daily drops.
Glutathione is a naturally occurring tripeptide—three amino acids joined together—involved in cellular antioxidant defence. GlutaPeptide brings it into a liposomal liquid format.

More than a delivery idea.
Measured in people.
A four-week exploratory study in 12 adults reported:
Glutathione levels
Increases in blood and immune cells.
Oxidative-stress markers
Reductions in measured markers of oxidation.
Immune-cell activity
Increased natural-killer-cell activity and lymphocyte proliferation.
Inside the liposomal study
Participants took 500 or 1,000 mg daily. This small pilot had no placebo group and measured laboratory markers rather than illness rates or everyday wellbeing. Results are preliminary. Study doses are not product-use instructions.

THE ANTIOXIDANT THAT HELPS RECYCLE OTHERS
Cellular defence.
Made to work together.
Glutathione helps restore oxidised vitamin C to its active form, ready to participate in antioxidant defence again. Vitamin C, in turn, can help regenerate vitamin E.
That recycling role is part of why glutathione is known as the body’s “master antioxidant”: it works within a connected system, alongside other antioxidants and protective enzymes.

WHY LIPOSOMAL?
Absorption matters.
Delivery makes a difference.
Swallowing glutathione is only the beginning. Digestion and absorption influence what reaches circulation. Liposomal delivery is designed to address that challenge.

LipoDuo™ vs plain glutathione
Why delivery matters.
A 2026 study compared single 1 g doses in 12 adults, with six people in each group. The tested liposomal formula reached roughly six times the maximum plasma concentration of plain glutathione.
12-person study of LipoDuo™; peak blood concentration, not total absorption.
Study details
This open-label study compared two groups of six. The result describes the tested formulation and does not establish a universal liposomal absorption rate or a sixfold health benefit.
Capsules, liquids and under-the-tongue delivery
THE SECOND DIFFERENCE: WHERE YOU TAKE IT
Swallowed.
Or under the tongue?
Formulation and route work together. Liposomal describes the carrier; sublingual describes placement under the tongue.
The capsule is swallowed and releases its contents in the digestive tract. Absorption takes place after that release.
Sublingual delivery aims to allow absorption through the lining under the tongue, potentially avoiding part of the gastrointestinal route. Any swallowed portion still enters the digestive tract.
A crossover study in 20 adults with metabolic syndrome reported higher plasma glutathione measurements with its specific sublingual formulation than with conventional oral glutathione.
Explore a sublingual glutathione study ↗Sublingual absorption depends on the formulation and instructions. For your daily routine, follow the directions on the bottle.
Understanding the delivery research
Liposomal describes the carrier; liquid describes the format. Absorption varies with formulation. The linked studies cover liposomal, conventional and micellar systems. Illustrations show simplified concepts.

Inside the liposomal formulation
THE INGREDIENT. THE FORMULATION.
A closer look
at liposomal.
Glutathione is the ingredient. Liposomal describes the way it is formulated. Here is how the two fit together.
The three amino-acid building blocks of glutathione.
What is glutathione?
Often shortened to GSH, glutathione is a tripeptide made from three amino acids: glutamate, cysteine and glycine. It occurs naturally inside human cells.
Read the biochemistry overview ↗What is a liposome?
A liposome is a tiny vesicle with a lipid-based outer layer and a water-containing interior. Liposomes are used to carry ingredients in a formulation.
Designed with delivery in mind.
Liposomal formulations are studied as a way to deliver glutathione using lipid-based carriers. Small human studies are promising, but absorption depends on the specific formula. Compare the formats ↓
THE DETAILS, SIMPLIFIED
Good to know.
How much does GlutaPeptide cost?
One 60 ml bottle costs €34.00. The two-bottle set costs €61.20 (save 10%), and the three-bottle set costs €86.70 (save 15%), compared with buying bottles individually.
What is glutathione?
Glutathione, also called GSH, is a tripeptide made from glutamate, cysteine and glycine. It occurs naturally inside human cells and is part of the body’s antioxidant defence system. Meet the tripeptide.
What does an antioxidant do?
Antioxidants take part in reactions that limit oxidation. In cells, glutathione works with enzymes and other molecules to manage reactive substances. This explains its biological role; it does not mean that taking more necessarily gives more protection.
Is glutathione involved in immune function?
Yes. Immune cells rely on glutathione for redox balance and metabolism. A small human liposomal trial also reported increases in natural-killer-cell activity and lymphocyte proliferation. Read the scientific overview.
What is GlutaPeptide?
GlutaPeptide is a liposomal glutathione liquid supplement, presented in a 60 ml dropper bottle.
What does liposomal mean?
Liposomal formulations use small vesicles made from lipids to carry an ingredient. The term describes the formulation; it does not mean that every formulation has the same absorption or effects.
Does liposomal mean maximum absorption?
Liposomal delivery uses lipid carriers to help protect and transport glutathione. Human studies have reported increased glutathione levels; the amount absorbed depends on the formulation, so there is no universal absorption percentage.
Can I take it under my tongue?
Some liquid glutathione formulations are designed for absorption under the tongue. Liposomal describes the carrier, while sublingual describes the route. Follow the confirmed directions on your bottle.
What size is the bottle?
Each GlutaPeptide bottle contains 60 ml of liquid. Follow the product label for serving directions.
